Trust is not something that can be instantaneously built or acquired. It requires time, effort, and consistency. Just like a bank account, where we must deposit money before we can make withdrawals, trust operates in a similar manner. In order to have trust in any relationship, whether it be personal or professional, we must first make deposits of trust before we can expect to make withdrawals. These deposits of trust can come in various forms. They can be as simple as keeping promises, being honest and transparent, and showing integrity in our actions. By consistently making these deposits, we can build a strong foundation of trust that will allow us to make withdrawals when needed.
