The Law of Dharma guides us to discover our true purpose and serve others selflessly from "summary" of The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success by Deepak Chopra

The Law of Dharma, the law of purpose in life, says that we have taken manifestation in physical form to fulfill a purpose. According to this law, we all have a unique talent and a unique way of expressing it. There is something that you can do better than anyone else in the whole world. So, the key to discovering your true purpose is to listen to your heart and then find the best way to express your unique talents. When we combine the ability to express our unique talents with service to humanity, we experience the full flowering of our soul's potential. The universe operates through dynamic exchange, giving and receiving are different aspects of the flow of energy in the universe. And in our willingness to give that which we seek, we keep the abundance of the universe circulating in our lives. The more you give, the more you will receive because you will keep the abundance of the universe circulating in your life. The law of Dharma says that the more you give, the more you will receive. If you want joy, give joy to others. If you want love, learn to give love. If you want attention and appreciation, learn to give attention and appreciation. If you want material affluence, help others to become materially affluent. In the process of giving, you will receive everything you need. You will receive not only material things but also spiritual things - the love, the respect, the affection, the appreciation, the gratitude, the trust, and the companionship. The law of Dharma is based on the fact that we are spiritual beings having a human experience, not human beings who occasionally have a spiritual experience. Remember that the universe is in a constant state of dynamic exchange and flow. When we live in harmony with this law, we align ourselves with the power that manifests everything in the universe.
