As I've learned throughout my career, when you bring together people with different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences, you end up with a richer, more creative, and more innovative work environment. This diversity of thought can be a powerful driver of success for any organization. When I became CEO of Disney, I made it a priority to foster a culture of inclusivity and respect. I wanted every employee to feel valued and empowered, regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
