Whether it's through advertising, social media, or even our own internal desires, there is a pervasive belief that we must continuously seek out new experiences, possessions, or accomplishments in order to be happy. This mindset leads us to believe that our current circumstances are never enough, and that true happiness lies just beyond the next goal or milestone.
