To truly lead effectively, it is essential to identify the gaps that exist within oneself. These gaps are the areas where our leadership may be lacking, preventing us from reaching our full potential. By recognizing these gaps, we can begin to address them and grow as leaders. One common gap that many leaders face is the gap of fear. Fear can manifest in many ways - fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of the unknown.
