As a leader, it is essential to prioritize building trust within your team. This means being vulnerable, admitting mistakes, and fostering an environment of psychological safety where team members feel comfortable taking risks and being themselves. Building trust takes time and effort, but the benefits are well worth it. Trust is the bedrock upon which effective teams are built, and without it, a team will struggle to reach its full potential.
