Live in harmony with nature and the present moment from "summary" of The Daily Stoic by Ryan Holiday,Stephen Hanselman

To live in harmony with nature means to accept the world as it is, without fighting against the natural order of things. It is about recognizing that we are just a small part of a much larger system, and that our attempts to control or manipulate that system can often lead to more harm than good. Instead, we should strive to align ourselves with the flow of nature, to work with it rather than against it. Living in harmony with the present moment is about being fully present and engaged in the here and now. It means letting go of regrets about the past and worries about the future, and focusing all of our attention on the present moment. By doing so, we can fully experience the richness and beauty of life as it unfolds before us. When we live in harmony with nature and the present moment, we are able to find peace and contentment in even the most challenging circumstances. We are able to accept things as they are, rather than constantly struggling against them. This does not mean that we should passively accept injustice or suffering, but rather that we should approach these challenges with a sense of calm and equanimity. By living in harmony with nature and the present moment, we can cultivate a sense of gratitude for the world around us. We can learn to appreciate the beauty of a sunrise, the sound of birds singing, or the feel of the wind on our skin. We can find joy in the simple pleasures of life, rather than constantly chasing after bigger, better, more.
