These signals are closely observed by members, who take their cues on how to act and react from their leaders. If a leader responds to a challenge with calm confidence and a clear plan of action, the group is more likely to follow suit. On the other hand, if a leader reacts with panic or indecision, the group may become anxious and uncertain. This dynamic is particularly important during moments of crisis or uncertainty.
