Surrendering to stillness can help us let go of our worries and fears from "summary" of The Art of Stillness by Pico Iyer

When we let go of our worries and fears in this way, we open ourselves up to a world of possibility and potential. We free ourselves from the chains that have been holding us back, and we give ourselves the space to grow and to evolve.
