By focusing on our own internal validation, we free ourselves from the need for external approval. We no longer seek validation from others to feel good about ourselves. We are able to define our own worth and happiness, without relying on others to validate us. When we stop seeking validation from others, we are able to live authentically and true to ourselves. We no longer feel the need to conform to the expectations of others in order to feel accepted or validated. We are able to be who we truly are, without fear of judgment or rejection.- Seeking validation from others is a dangerous game that can lead to feelings of inadequacy, insecurity, and low self-esteem. When we stop seeking validation from others, we take back control of our own happiness and self-worth. We learn to validate ourselves from within, freeing ourselves from the need for external approval. By focusing on our own internal validation, we are able to live authentically and true to ourselves, without the need for external validation.
