Our brains are wired to focus on the wrong things when it comes to predicting what will make us happy. We often overlook the true sources of our happiness because we are influenced by our own biases and preconceived notions. We tend to place too much importance on external factors such as money, success, and material possessions, believing that they will bring us lasting joy and contentment. In reality, these external factors only provide temporary pleasure and do not lead to long-term happiness.
