To truly accept ourselves and our experiences, we must first cultivate a sense of presence. This means being fully aware of our thoughts, feelings, and sensations in the present moment without judgment or resistance. By cultivating presence, we create space for acceptance to arise naturally. Presence allows us to connect with our innermost selves, to listen to the wisdom that lies within us.
