It is said that true leadership requires a sense of humility and compassion. As I look back on my own life, I realize that these qualities have been the cornerstone of my leadership philosophy. Humility, to me, means putting aside one's ego and acknowledging that we are all equal in the eyes of the divine. It is about recognizing our own limitations and weaknesses, and learning from others with an open mind and heart. Compassion, on the other hand, is the ability to empathize with others and show kindness and understanding in all situations. It is about treating others with respect and dignity, regardless of their background or beliefs. Compassion is not a sign of weakness, as some may believe, but rather a strength that allows us to connect with others on a deeper level.
