Challenge yourself daily from "summary" of Living with the Monks by Jesse Itzler

Every day, I wake up with one goal in mind: to challenge myself in some way. This may involve pushing my physical limits during a workout, tackling a difficult project at work, or stepping outside of my comfort zone in a social situation. The key is to constantly be seeking out opportunities to grow and improve, no matter how big or small. By making a conscious effort to challenge myself daily, I am able to break out of my routine and avoid becoming stagnant.
