Self-care is something we all know we're supposed to be doing. We know we're supposed to be getting enough sleep, eating well, exercising, flossing, going to the doctor, and having regular massages. We know we're supposed to be doing all of these things because they're good for us. They keep us healthy; they keep us strong. They keep us alive.
