Aggression is a universal behavior that has deep evolutionary roots. It is not unique to humans; rather, it can be observed in many species as a means of survival and reproduction. In the animal kingdom, aggression serves as a tool for obtaining resources, defending territory, and securing mates. In humans, aggression manifests in various forms, ranging from verbal insults to physical violence. Furthermore, evolutionary psychologists have identified certain triggers that can elicit aggressive responses in humans. These triggers are often related to threats to one's status, resources, or reproductive opportunities. When faced with such threats, individuals may resort to aggression as a way to protect themselves and their interests.
