The way we move our bodies can reveal a lot about what we are feeling inside. Our gestures can provide valuable clues to our true emotions, even when we are trying to hide them. By paying attention to the subtle signals in someone's body language, we can gain insight into their thoughts and feelings, sometimes even before they are aware of them themselves. When we are feeling confident and in control, our gestures are likely to be open and expansive. We may stand tall, with our chest out and our arms relaxed at our sides.
