This not only empowers those we delegate to but also allows us to focus on higher-level tasks that require our expertise.- We can streamline our workload and devote our time and energy to the things that truly matter. This not only increases our productivity but also allows us to make a more significant impact in our work. Ultimately, delegating tasks is a key strategy in becoming an Essentialist and focusing on what truly matters.
