Greg's little brother Manny is annoying from "summary" of Diary of a Wimpy Kid (Diary of a Wimpy Kid #1) by Jeff Kinney
Greg's little brother Manny is a real pain in the neck. He's always getting into my stuff and wrecking things. I remember this one time when he got a hold of my favorite toy and chewed it up like a dog with a bone. I was so mad I could have spit. And it's not just the things he does, it's the things he says too. Manny has this habit of repeating everything he hears. I mean, everything. It's like having a parrot in the house, only worse because at least a parrot can be trained to shut up. But the worst part about Manny is his ability to turn on the waterworks at a moment's notice. He cries whenever he doesn't get his way, and Mom and Dad always fall for it. It's like he's got them wrapped around his little finger, and it drives me crazy. I try to avoid Manny as much as possible, but it's hard when we share a room. He's always touching my things or making a mess, and I have to clean up after him. It's not fair, but that's just the way it is when you have a little brother like Manny. Sometimes I wish Manny would just disappear, but then I feel guilty for thinking that. He may be a pain, but he's still my brother. I guess I'll just have to put up with him and hope that he grows out of this annoying phase one day.Similar Posts
