However, what we fail to realize is that vulnerability is actually a strength. It is the key to forming deep and meaningful connections with others. When we are vulnerable, we are allowing ourselves to be seen for who we truly are. We are showing our flaws, our fears, our insecurities. This level of honesty and openness is what allows us to truly connect with others on a deeper level.
