Action without effort, work without doing from "summary" of Dao de Jing by Lao-Tzu,Laozi,Stephen Addiss

The way of the Dao is subtle and mysterious, beyond the realm of human comprehension. It is the source of all things, the ultimate reality that transcends all dualities. In the natural world, things happen effortlessly and spontaneously, without any conscious effort. The Dao flows freely, without hindrance or obstruction, following its own course without any need for control or manipulation. When we align ourselves with the Dao, we can achieve great things without striving or struggling. By letting go of our ego and desires, we can tap into the infinite power of the universe and allow things to unfold naturally. It is through non-action that we can truly accomplish our goals, by surrendering to the flow of the Dao and allowing it to work through us. In the practice of Wu Wei, or "effortless action," we learn to act without forcing or resisting, allowing things to happen in their own time and in their own way. By being in harmony with the Dao, we can accomplish tasks with ease and grace, without feeling drained or exhausted. It is through the principle of non-doing that we can achieve the highest form of work, by letting go of our attachments and expectations and allowing things to happen spontaneously. In the realm of work, we can achieve great things by letting go of our need to control and manipulate, by trusting in the natural order of things and allowing them to unfold organically. When we are in tune with the Dao, work becomes effortless and fulfilling, a natural expression of our true selves. By letting go of our ego and desires, we can tap into the infinite power of the universe and allow things to manifest in their own time and in their own way.
