Eliminate approval bottlenecks from "summary" of Brave New Work by Aaron Dignan

In the old world of work, decisions were made by a select few individuals who held the power of approval. By removing approval bottlenecks, we can foster a more dynamic and adaptive workplace where ideas can flow freely and innovation can thrive. When employees are empowered to make decisions, they are more engaged, motivated, and invested in the success of the organization. This not only leads to better outcomes but also creates a more fulfilling and rewarding work experience for everyone involved.
