Overcome fear from "summary" of Bhagvat Gita, Song of God by Dr. Roopnarine Singh MD FRCPC
In the Bhagavad Gita, Krishna emphasizes the importance of overcoming fear in order to realize our true potential and achieve inner peace. Fear is often the root cause of our doubts, insecurities, and limitations. It holds us back from taking risks, pursuing our goals, and living life to the fullest. Krishna teaches us that fear is a natural emotion, but it should not control us or dictate our actions. By developing a strong sense of purpose, faith, and resilience, we can rise above our fears and navigate life's challenges with grace and strength.- Overcoming fear is a spiritual journey that requires introspection, reflection, and transformation. It is about transcending our limitations, embracing our true selves, and aligning with our higher purpose. When we conquer our fears, we liberate ourselves from suffering, find inner peace, and experience the boundless joy of living in harmony with the divine.
