When we are able to tap into this inner source of joy, we no longer need to rely on external circumstances to feel content. By cultivating a sense of contentment within ourselves, we free ourselves from the endless cycle of desire and attachment that binds us to the external world. We learn to accept life as it comes, without getting caught up in the pursuit of fleeting pleasures.
