It means refraining from speaking ill of others and instead choosing to uplift and inspire those around us. By being mindful of our thoughts and words, we are taking responsibility for the energy that we are putting out into the world. We are recognizing our power as co-creators of our own reality and actively shaping our experiences through the thoughts we think and the words we speak. When we harness this power for good, we can transform our lives and the world around us in miraculous ways.
