To be a Stoic means to constantly practice self-awareness and reflection. This is not an easy task, as it requires a deep understanding of oneself and a willingness to examine one's thoughts and actions critically. Self-awareness involves paying attention to our inner dialogue, emotions, and reactions to external events. It means being present in the moment and observing our thoughts without judgment. Reflection, on the other hand, is the process of analyzing our thoughts and actions in order to gain insight and make improvements.
