Embracing change from "summary" of 400 Days by Chetan Bhagat

Change is inevitable. It is a part of life, just like the rising and setting of the sun. Sometimes change is thrust upon us, and we have no choice but to adapt. Other times, we have the power to make changes ourselves. In either case, how we respond to change is what defines us as individuals. Embracing change means accepting it with open arms, rather than fighting against it. It means being open to new possibilities and opportunities that change can bring. Change can be scary, as it often involves stepping out of our comfort zones and facing the unknown. However, it is also necessary for growth and progress. In "400 Days," the characters are forced to confront change in various forms. Some resist it, clinging to the familiar and refusing to let go. Others embrace it, seeing it as a chance to start fresh and reinvent themselves. Those who embrace change are able to adapt and thrive, while those who resist it are left behind, stuck in the past. By embracing change, we allow ourselves to evolve and become better versions of ourselves. We learn to be flexible and resilient, able to navigate the twists and turns of life with grace and courage. Change may be difficult, but it is also necessary for our personal development and ultimate happiness.
