As the years pile up like dirty laundry in my hamper, I've come to realize that age doesn't necessarily equate to wisdom. I used to think that with each passing birthday, I would magically become more knowledgeable about the ways of the world. But in reality, all I seem to have gained are more wrinkles and a deep-seated fear of technology. Sure, I may have accumulated more life experiences and made my fair share of mistakes along the way, but that doesn't mean I've become some sage-like figure dispensing pearls of wisdom to the masses.
