Women have a higher verbal processing capacity than men from "summary" of Why Men Can Only Do One Thing at a Time and Women Never Stop Talking by Allan Pease,Barbara Pease

According to research, women have a larger corpus callosum than men, which enables them to transfer data between the left and right hemispheres of the brain more effectively. This allows women to use both sides of their brain simultaneously, making it easier for them to process verbal information. Women also have a larger hippocampus, the area of the brain responsible for language processing and memory. This gives women an advantage when it comes to understanding and remembering verbal information. In addition, women have been found to have a more developed Broca's area, which is responsible for speech production. This means that women are able to articulate their thoughts and ideas more effectively than men. On the other hand, men have been shown to have a larger parietal lobe, which is responsible for spatial processing. This explains why men tend to excel in tasks that require spatial reasoning, such as reading maps or assembling furniture. Furthermore, women have a higher capacity for multitasking due to their ability to switch between tasks more quickly and efficiently. This is because women have a larger prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for decision-making and executive functions. This allows women to juggle multiple tasks at once while still maintaining a high level of performance.
  1. The difference in verbal processing capacity between men and women can be attributed to the structural and functional differences in their brains. Women's brains are wired in a way that gives them an advantage when it comes to verbal tasks, while men tend to excel in tasks that require spatial reasoning. This is not to say that one gender is superior to the other, but rather that each gender has its own unique strengths and abilities.
