When it comes to creating change in your life, it's easy to get caught up in good intentions. You might have every intention of going to the gym every day or eating healthier, but without taking action, those intentions mean nothing. Intentions are just thoughts, and thoughts alone won't change your behavior. Instead of focusing on what you intend to do, focus on the actions you can take to make that intention a reality. For example, if your intention is to exercise more, don't just think about how much you want to exercise – actually put on your workout clothes and go for a walk.
