Letting go of the past can open up new possibilities for the future from "summary" of Till the Last Breath ... by Durjoy Datta

As we journey through life, we inevitably accumulate a baggage of memories, both good and bad. These memories shape our present and influence our future. Sometimes, however, holding on too tightly to the past can prevent us from moving forward. In 'Till the Last Breath ...', we see how the characters struggle with their pasts and how it hinders their ability to embrace new opportunities. For instance, Arjun's guilt over a past mistake consumes him to the point where he is unable to see the potential for happiness and growth in his present life. Similarly, Chhavi's fear of repeating past failures leads her to avoid taking risks that could lead to a better future. By letting go of the past, we create space for new experiences and possibilities to enter our lives. This is exemplified in the story when Arjun finally confronts his past and forgives himself, allowing himself to love and be loved in return. Likewise, Chhavi's decision to let go of her fears enables her to take a chance on a new career path that ultimately brings her fulfillment and success. It is only by releasing the grip of the past that we can truly embrace the present and welcome the future with open arms. This concept is beautifully portrayed in the novel, showing us that holding on to the past only serves to limit our potential for growth and happiness. By shedding the weight of past regrets and fears, we free ourselves to explore new opportunities and discover the endless possibilities that lie ahead.
