In our daily lives, we often find ourselves consumed by thoughts of what has already happened or what might happen in the future. We dwell on past mistakes or missed opportunities, causing regret and disappointment to overshadow our present moments. At the same time, we worry incessantly about what the future holds, fearing the unknown and feeling anxious about what is yet to come. This constant cycle of looking back and looking forward prevents us from fully experiencing and appreciating the present moment.
