In order to truly lead effectively, one must understand the power of nonverbal communication. This silent language speaks volumes about a leader's intentions, emotions, and capabilities. Through body language, facial expressions, gestures, and tone of voice, a leader can convey confidence, empathy, authority, and authenticity to their team.
