Living in the present moment is a concept that is often emphasized in various aspects of life. It involves being fully aware and engaged in the here and now, rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. In "The Sight of You", this idea is explored through the lives of Joel and Callie, two characters who learn the importance of embracing each moment as it comes.
