Perfectionism is a trap that many of us fall into without even realizing it. We have this idea in our heads that everything we do has to be perfect, and if it's not, then we have somehow failed. When we strive for perfection, we are constantly judging ourselves and our work. We become hyper-focused on the end result, rather than the journey it takes to get there.
