Negative self-talk can be a significant obstacle in our path to success and happiness. It can undermine our confidence, motivation, and productivity. When we constantly tell ourselves that we are not good enough, that we cannot succeed, or that we are bound to fail, we are setting ourselves up for failure before we even begin.
