When we are in the depths of depression, it can feel as though we are trapped in a never-ending cycle of negative thoughts and emotions. It seems impossible to break free from the grip that depression has on us. However, mindfulness offers a way out of this seemingly inescapable prison. By practicing mindfulness, we can learn to observe our thoughts and feelings without getting caught up in them.
