Be mindful of your thoughts and feelings from "summary" of The Law of Attraction by Abraham (Spirit),Esther Hicks,Jerry Hicks
To be mindful of your thoughts and feelings is to understand the power that they hold in creating your reality. Every thought you think and every emotion you feel sends out a vibration into the universe, attracting back to you experiences that match those vibrations. This is the basic premise of the Law of Attraction – like attracts like. When you are mindful of your thoughts and feelings, you are conscious of the energy you are putting out into the world. You are aware that your inner world is reflected in your outer world. This means that if you are constantly thinking negative thoughts or feeling negative emotions, you will attract negative experiences into your life. On the other hand, if you focus on positive thoughts and feelings, you will bring positive experiences into your reality. Being mindful of your thoughts and feelings requires you to pay attention to the patterns and beliefs that are running through your mind. It means being aware of the stories you are telling yourself and the emotions that are arising within you. When you notice negative thoughts or feelings, you have the power to shift them towards a more positive direction. This is where the real work of creating your reality begins. By becoming mindful of your thoughts and feelings, you take control of your vibration and therefore your point of attraction. You become a deliberate creator of your reality, rather than a passive bystander. This shift in consciousness empowers you to manifest the life you desire, by aligning your inner world with the experiences you wish to attract.- Being mindful of your thoughts and feelings is about taking responsibility for the energy you are putting out into the universe. It is about recognizing the power you have to shape your reality through the thoughts you think and the emotions you feel. When you become conscious of this power, you can begin to intentionally create the life of your dreams.
