Prioritize quality time over quantity from "summary" of THE DAILY DAD by RYAN HOLIDAY

The most important thing we can do as fathers is to prioritize the quality of the time we spend with our children over the quantity. It's not about how many hours we spend with them, but about how present we are during those hours. Are we really engaged with our kids when we are with them? Are we giving them our full attention, or are we distracted by work, our phones, or other things?Quality time means being fully present and engaged with our children. It means listening to them, talking to them, playing with them, and really connecting with them on a deep level. Quality time is about creating memories and building strong relationships that will last a lifetime. We need to make a conscious effort to prioritize quality time with our children. This means setting aside distractions and making our kids the focus of our attention when we are with them. It means being intentional about spending time together and creating opportunities for meaningful interactions. When we prioritize quality time over quantity, we are able to make the most of the time we have with our children. We are able to create lasting memories and build strong relationships that will withstand the test of time. By focusing on quality over quantity, we are able to truly be present for our children and give them the love and attention they need to thrive.
