In a society where institutions that encourage diversity and dialogue are in decline, it is more important than ever to actively seek out opportunities to engage with those who have different perspectives. By stepping out of our comfort zones and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds, we can begin to break down the barriers that separate us and work towards creating a more cohesive and inclusive society.
