In order to continuously improve ourselves, we must proactively focus on renewing the four dimensions of our nature - physical, mental, social/emotional, and spiritual. Just as a saw becomes dull over time and loses its effectiveness unless it is regularly sharpened, so too do we need to invest time and effort in renewing ourselves in these four areas to maintain our effectiveness. The physical dimension involves caring for our physical bodies through exercise, nutrition, rest, and stress management. By taking care of our physical health, we increase our energy levels, stamina, and overall well-being, enabling us to perform at our best in all areas of our lives. The mental dimension includes engaging in activities that stimulate our minds, such as reading, writing, learning new skills, and solving puzzles. By continually expanding our knowledge and challenging our thinking, we enhance our mental capacity and creativity, enabling us to approach problems and opportunities with fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.
