Healing requires facing our inner demons from "summary" of Suzume No Tojimari by Tamanna Ashokbhai Parmar
Healing is not an easy journey. It is not simply a matter of putting a bandage over a wound or taking a pill to make the pain go away. True healing goes much deeper than that. It requires us to confront the demons that lurk within us, the ones we have been running from for so long. These inner demons are not easy to face. They are the parts of ourselves that we are ashamed of, that we try to hide from the world and even from ourselves. But in order to truly heal, we must have the courage to look our demons in the eye and acknowledge their presence. We must be willing to sit with the discomfort, the shame, the fear that they bring up within us. Only by facing these inner demons can we begin to understand where our pain is coming from. Only by shining a light on these dark corners of our psyche can we begin to release the hold they have over us. ...Similar Posts
