Maintaining a sense of purpose as we age is essential for achieving what I call "super aging." This sense of purpose gives us a reason to get up in the morning, a goal to strive towards, and a sense of fulfillment that can positively impact our overall well-being. Without a clear sense of purpose, it is easy to become stagnant, bored, and disengaged from life. Having a purpose provides us with motivation to stay active, both physically and mentally.
