Prophet Moses was born during a time when the Pharaoh of Egypt was ruling with great tyranny and oppression. The Pharaoh considered himself a god and demanded that his people worship him. However, Prophet Moses was chosen by Allah to deliver a message of guidance and truth to the people of Egypt. When Prophet Moses was still a young man, he accidentally killed an Egyptian who was oppressing one of his fellow Israelites. Realizing the gravity of his actions, Prophet Moses fled Egypt and sought refuge in the land of Midian. It was there that he encountered the righteous man Shu'ayb, who guided him and helped him find his way back to Allah. After spending many years in exile, Prophet Moses received a divine revelation from Allah, instructing him to return to Egypt and confront the Pharaoh.
