Noah was a prophet who was chosen by Allah to guide his people to the right path. As the people's disbelief and disobedience continued to worsen, Noah received a revelation from Allah instructing him to build an ark. The purpose of this ark was to save the believers and the animals from the impending flood that would destroy the disbelievers. Noah, being a faithful servant of Allah, immediately set to work on constructing the ark as per the divine instructions.
