To succeed as a proficorn, one must have a clear vision of where they want to go and a plan on how to get there. This vision should be ambitious enough to inspire and motivate, yet realistic enough to be attainable. Setting goals that are too easily achievable may lead to complacency, while setting goals that are too far out of reach may lead to discouragement. Striking the right balance is key. Ambitious goals push us to stretch our limits, to think bigger, and to aim higher. They fuel our drive and passion, propelling us forward with a sense of purpose.
