These patterns can become so automatic that we may not even realize we're engaging in them. To break free from these destructive patterns, we first need to become aware of them. This involves paying attention to our thoughts and noticing when they take a negative turn. Once we start to recognize our negative thinking patterns, we can begin to challenge them.
