Within the hierarchical structure of modern corporations, employees often find themselves without proper channels to voice their concerns or address grievances in the workplace. Without proper avenues for addressing their grievances, employees are left vulnerable to exploitation and mistreatment by those in positions of power.- The lack of effective mechanisms for addressing workplace grievances contributes to a culture of silence and compliance within private corporations. This perpetuates the imbalance of power between management and workers, leaving employees feeling disempowered and disenfranchised in their own workplaces.
