Regardless of whether manipulation is subtle or overt, the ultimate goal remains the same - to exert control over others and influence their behavior to serve one's own interests. By understanding the various forms manipulation can take, individuals can better equip themselves to recognize and resist manipulative tactics when they encounter them in their personal or professional lives.
