This means being mindful of how you communicate, how you handle challenges, and how you treat others. Your actions will be watched and imitated, so it is important to lead with integrity and professionalism. In order to effectively lead by example, you must be self-aware. This means being cognizant of your strengths and weaknesses, as well as how your actions impact those around you. By being self-aware, you can make adjustments as needed and continue to grow and develop as a leader.
